I am the interface between the client's vision and the team's execution. My role: frame what needs to be framed, arbitrate what cannot be escalated, and make sure what is delivered matches what was sold.

Since 2024, I have been leading the project division at Licorn Publishing, a digital agency based in Rennes: fifteen web, marketing and digital transformation projects running in parallel for clients such as Orange Concessions, Servier and Docaposte. Before that, I built my practice in digital strategy agencies and as a freelancer over roughly ten years.

I also lead SEO/GEO and RGAA web accessibility as integrated strategic advice from the scoping phase, not as a late correction. And I use AI pragmatically: where it genuinely saves time, with clear governance over what the machine does not decide on its own.

What guides my work

A few convictions

Delivery without compromise

A project delivered late or off-spec is a failed project, regardless of the intrinsic quality of the work. I manage so that the contractual deadline is the starting constraint, not an adjustment variable.

Usage before tools

I don't deploy a technology because it's trending. Whether it's AI, SEO or a new project management tool, the question is always the same: does it solve a real problem?

Digital sobriety

A lightweight site, static pages, zero third-party scripts loaded by default: sobriety is a design constraint, not a marketing argument. This site is a direct illustration of that.

Total transparency

Every decision documented, every trade-off traceable. Clients must always know where their project stands and why a given choice was made, without having to chase for an answer.

  1. Since 2024

    Head of Projects at Licorn Publishing

    Simultaneous management of around fifteen web, marketing and digital transformation projects for major accounts (Orange Concessions, Canal+, Servier, Delanchy...). Coordination of 10+ people, SEO/GEO advice, AI deployment and web accessibility audits.

    Strategy Manager at Agence Hiboost

    Structuring and managing the strategy division for a portfolio of SME and major account clients. Multi-channel digital strategy: SEO, paid, email marketing, CRM, tracking.

    Management of educational engineering across a network of 10+ campuses: technology watch, curriculum consistency and school-business partnerships.

What I care about

I co-host Hackers Ouverts, a French podcast on digital uses, tech and the practices shaping our relationship with the internet.

I follow digital sovereignty, information systems security and AI governance. Not as a spectator: as a practitioner trying to understand what is actually happening under the hood.

This site is also a lab: newsletter, SEO tools, GEO-optimised endpoints, CI/CD deployment. Everything is in production.
